"Ensuring Quality of Housing" Housing Regulation 1 Day Conference

TPAS Cymru and CIH Cymru are running a joint 1 day conference aimed at giving staff and tenants from Social Landlords an insight into the new regulatory framework.

Why?
The Welsh Assembly Government has introduced a new regulatory system for Housing Associations aimed at checking that they are providing a good quality of service to tenants and that they are properly managed and financially sound.

What?
During this participatory event we will be joined by a Senior Regulator from the Assembly's Regulation Unit and delegates will have the opportunity to explore the following:

* How will the new regulatory system work?
* What are some of its key features?
* What is new/ different about this system?
* What will it mean to staff in Housing Associations?
* What role can tenant play in the reulation process?
* What are the next steps for making it work?
