Tenant Participation - The Next Generation - June 2009
The aim of this seminar was to further raise the profile of Tenant Participation - The Next Generation" through examples of good practice from organisations who are achiveing good outcomes with their tenants. The two main themes that the seminar drew upon were:

• The corporate committment to Tenant Participation and how this equates to practice on the operational level to demonstrategy that tenants have a real influence on the services
• The wider perspective of participation - community development and partnership working approaches within communities

Engaging Underrepresnted Groups - September 2009
One of the biggest challenges facing all social landlords is how to involve people in developing and improving housing services and communities. The even bigger challenge is to ensure that those involved are representative of the wider body of tenants and that barriers to participation are widely addressed so that tenant involvement is an inclusive activity.
