Tenant Inspectors - September 2008
The use of tenant inspectors in the review of key housing management and maintenance services is a growing area within housing in Wales. This development accords with the National Tenant Participation Strategy, and enhanced local scrutiny is very relevant to proposed lighter touch regulation for RSLs. In England, housing organisations have developed the use of Tenant Inspectors in the review processes for their organisations as part of ‘tenant led regulation’.
This seminar provided detailed information and guidance on the process of implementing Tenant Inspections and the value that this process can bring to your organisation.
