Tenants Advisory Panel - Recruitment of Members

The new regulatory framework for Housing Associations, set up by the Welsh Assembly Government (WAG), includes a new Regulatory Board with a Tenants Advisory Panel (TAP).

TAP will act as a "service user" panel which the Regulatory Board can consult about housing service issues and as a sounding board for policy considerations. TAP will respond to issues raised by the Regulatory Board, but TAP can also be pro-active by raising tenant service user issues.
