TPAS Cymru’s menu of options is just that; a menu of the services TPAS Cymru can provide for you over the next 12 months. This document aims to support you to think about the Tenant participation priorities within your organisation and the wider policy agenda, to assist you to meet your training and consultancy requirements to achieve better standards of housing services in your organisation.

Training Packages
These are mostly 1 day training courses which we can deliver in-house for 6 to 12 people. Training pooling is available if necessary, to invite other organisations to share the cost and increase the number of attendees. You choose the location and the content of the course can be modified to suit your needs. The length of the modules can also be adjusted accordingly; short sessions can be delivered for staff inductions, team meetings or tenants’ forum meetings etc.  For more information on our Training Packages please follow the link to our dedicated Training Pages

Consultancy Packages
These are negotiated on an individual basis and tailored to meet the specific requirements of your project/ issue. Timescales and delivery methods are agreed and the bespoke package is designed to suit your particular budget. TPAS Cymru aims to be competitive in cost with comparable consultancies or training providers.    The costs above are all inclusive of travel and subsistence costs so that our services are equally accessible throughout Wales; most other organisations charge extra for travel and subsistence on top of their day rate.
